Welcome to Bulawa.ai, a web application operated by Deskscapes based in NSW, Australia. Bulawa is currently in public Beta phase. While all care has been taken to maintain data security, you acknowledge that you are creating an account and using this service entirely at your own risk. Bulawa is a platform that allows users to create, customize, and host digital wedding invites, manage RSVPs, and share public invitation links. As a Beta application, Bulawa may have limited features, potential bugs, and service interruptions. 2. Account and Access

  • You must create an account to use Bulawa.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Public invitation links can be shared and accessed without login. Please keep this in mind when sharing your invite.

3. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g. names, stories, timelines, images).
  • By using Bulawa, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for showcasing platform features and templates.
  • We may moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Content Guidelines

Bulawa is for hosting wedding-related invitations only. You may not:

  • Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Use the platform for events unrelated to weddings.
  • Violate anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.

5. Data Collection & Usage

We collect and store information you provide (e.g. names, contact details, event info, photos) and track usage data (e.g. traffic, view counts) to improve our service. 6. Fair Use and Limits

7. Invite Availability

  • Your wedding invite will remain active for a limited time (e.g. up to 6 months from creation).
  • We may archive or delete invites after this period, with or without notice.

  • Bulawa is currently free to use.
  • We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing changes in the future.
  • Feature access may vary depending on the plan or tier.

9. Beta Status and Support

  • Bulawa is in public Beta phase and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or service interruptions.
  • While all care has been taken to maintain data security and implement industry-standard protection measures, you acknowledge that creating an account and using this Beta service is entirely at your own risk.
  • We currently do not provide guaranteed customer support.
  • The platform is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantees.
  • We may suspend or shut down the platform at any time, temporarily or permanently.
  • By using the Beta version, you acknowledge that the service may not be fully functional and agree to use it at your own risk.
